You will learn the ancient skill of how to journey with the spirit of plants and trees to gain healing, insight, and wisdom. Plant spirit medicine is the Shaman’s way with plants and is a powerful tradition of healing almost unheard of in the West. Once you have learned these skills you have them for life and your experience of the plant kingdom with be forever changed. You will realise the communication possible with the natural world!

This Introduction to Plant Spirit Medicine workshop is an in person event. You will be with likeminded folk who also love the trees and plants!
Workshop content:
How to choose the right tree or plant to work with (or rather how they choose us!)
How to approach the tree or plant in the right way.
Learn what is the correct currency / energy exchange in order to journey with a tree or a plant
Learn practical tools you will need for a successful plant spirit journey.
Hints and tips about how to have the best journey possible.
We will also do a silent walk together where i guide you i observation of certain plants.
Lunch
Then we go out and spend time with our chosen tree or plant where we start to connect and commune with them.
After we gather back together to sit or lie down and dream and journey with our tree or plant ( I will teach you how)
And then we share our PSM journeys together .
